QBUniverse’s Leadership Retreat is an opportunity for up-and-coming quarterbacks and their families to travel to beautiful St. Pete Beach, in St. Petersburg, Florida. Beyond it’s cutting edge field and classroom curriculum, the retreat offers players an in-depth look at what it takes to lead at the college and high school levels. The event impresses upon it’s attendees the key role quarterbacks play in creating cultures inside football programs and features current and former collegiate and pro quarterbacks as speakers and counselors. Coaches tutor quarterbacks on the commitment and attention to detail necessary to lead at a championship level and how those skills translate outside of football.
